Disclaimer for Radio Station Submission to Streamix Radio™

By submitting your radio station to the Streamix Radio™ Directory, you, as the manager, owner, or operator of the station, agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ownership and Rights
   You confirm that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to stream, broadcast, and distribute the content your station produces, including but not limited to music, talk shows, advertisements, and other programming. You are fully responsible for ensuring that all content complies with relevant copyright, intellectual property, and broadcasting laws.
2. Content Compliance
   You agree that your station will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations regarding broadcasting, including those concerning content that may be offensive, harmful, or inappropriate for certain audiences.
3. Accuracy of Information
   You agree that all information provided in your submission to the Streamix Radio™ Directory is accurate, current, and complete. This includes but is not limited to station name, programming schedule, contact information, and genre classification.
4. Indemnification
   You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Streamix Radio™ and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from the content you upload or broadcast, your breach of these terms, or any infringement of third-party rights.
5. No Guarantee of Inclusion
   Submission to the Streamix Radio™ Directory does not guarantee acceptance or inclusion. Streamix Radio™ reserves the right to reject or remove any station submission at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
6. Content Monitoring
   Streamix Radio™ does not monitor or control the content streamed by stations in the directory, and does not assume responsibility for any content violations. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any station that violates our policies or guidelines.
7. Changes to Terms
   Streamix Radio™ may update these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to regularly review the terms for any changes.
